This live event will introduce how the practice of yoga can help to ease back tightness, stiffness, and chronic pain. Eric Wallace, physical therapist and Jenna Kadlec, physical therapist and registered yoga teacher will be covering 5 back friendly poses that can help relieve and prevent back dysfunction and how they might apply to you individually. Each individual will receive take home action steps to incorporate into their daily routine. Social to follow with drinks!
